Mighty Uke Movie Contest
Contest begins September 26, 2010 @ 6 pm PST and ends October 31, 2010 @ 6pm PST. Entries submitted outside this contest period will be discarded.
Prize is a DaSilva Soprano Custom Ukulele (minimum value $750 USD). Exact model and specifications to be determined in collaboration with winner.)
Winner will be randomly chosen from entries that anwer the 2 questions in the entry form correctly and received within the contest period.
In the case of NO CORRECT ENTRIES, winner will be randomly chosen from ALL entries received within the contest period.
Entries will be time-stamped by message delivery system (and out of my
control) so please do not depend on actual time to get your entry in on
time. You MUST use the entry form below to submit a contest entry.
Email, postal mail, or phone submissions will not qualify.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
Duplicate entries will be discarded.
Notification of
your entry will be sent to the submitted email, but notification delivery is NOT
guaranteed.
Oh, and if you are one of the people holding a DaSilva Ukulele in the movie,
you're ineligible!
